大专青全国大专交流营《文化号》秉持着共享平台的精神，提供机会让全马的大专领导得以齐聚一堂，一起进行交流并共同学习如何提升自身领导能力及加强团队精神。每届《文化号》都会让大专领导们有机会更深入地了解本土文化。

自2015年起，《文化号》的足迹慢慢遍及马来西亚的每一个角落。每一届的《文化号》地点都经过精挑细选，从槟岛、文冬、芙蓉、民都鲁、全国线上巡回至2022年的巴生谷。目的是为了让营员们可以体验当地社区文化以及开拓马来西亚多元化社会。经历了四届的《文化号》，我们拥有超过1000名历届营员，皆来自马来西亚40所国立与私立大专，出席者都是大专组织的领袖。

GRADUAN National Inter-Varsity Cultural Camp (GRADUAN NIVC Camp) provides a platform for the leaders from university organisations all over Malaysia to gather and foster the relationship amongst one another through interaction and mutual learning, whilst enhance the leadership quality and team spirit of student leaders. By participating in GRADUAN NIVC Camp, the youths would have the opportunity to enhance their understanding towards current affairs and thus inheriting the spirit of Malaysian culture.

Since the inception of GRADUAN NIVC Camp in 2015, its footprint has now spread throughout Malaysia, and the previous campsites have all been chosen meticulously (2015 – Penang, 2016 – Bentong, Pahang, 2017 – Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, 2018 – Bintulu, Sarawak, 2019 - Online Nation Wide, 2022 - Klang Valley), with the objective to allow the participants to experience diverse local cultures as well as gaining a deeper insight on the uniqueness and diversity of the community in Malaysia. The number of participants in GRADUAN NIVC Camp for the past four years has now exceeded 1000, with those from more than 40 public and private universities all over the nation.
