【大专青纸飞机青年创意奖】是大专青首创的颁奖盛典。纸飞机奖将会委任各行各业中杰出的企业家和媒体人为专业评审，以评估参赛团体与活动的表现，并颁发相应奖项予脱颖而出者，藉以表扬在不同的领域中表现优异的大专团体与活动，并给予他们的鼓励与肯定。
[GRADUAN Paper Plane Award] is an award ceremony pioneered by GRADUAN. We appoint outstanding entrepreneurs from all industries as well as media to be the professional judges, accessing the performance of participating organizations and projects from the perspective of experts. Through these awards, the efforts of these societies in universities are recognized, thus becoming an encouragement for them.
通过大专青纸飞机青年创意奖，杰出的大专团体与学生们将籍由参与不同奖项的提名，形成彼此之间的良性竞争与互相学习，并能够推动跨区域的大学之间合作，从而培养更多未来的栋梁。
Through GRADUAN Paper Plane Award, a platform is formed for the exceptional organizations and undergraduates to compete positively amongst one another and learn together. Furthermore, it boosts the chances of collaboration between universities and indirectly shaping more future leaders of Malaysia.
本奖项的4大目标及方向：
The four main objectives and directions of GRADUAN Paper Plane Award:
（一）集思广益和正面鼓励。正向思维和集思广益在一个人学习的过程中，扮演着不可或缺的角色。纸飞机奖将提供大专生一个平台和表现的机会，并给予鼓励和肯定，并成为他们继续前进的动力。
( 1 ) Brainstorming and positive encouragement. We realized that possessing a positive mindset and ability to absorb diverse ideas through brainstorming plays a significant role throughout the learning process of a person. Thereby, GRADUAN Paper Plane Award provides the undergraduates with a platform and an opportunity to showcase their talents, meanwhile giving encouragements and affirmation for them to continue moving forward.
（二）求同存异和提拔人才。每个人都有自己的强项，而纸飞机奖正要鼓励大家求同存异，不要趋于平凡，让大专生把自己的特点发挥出来，带着纸飞机的精神，让自己在这个平台上发光发热。
( 2 ) Seeking common ground while reserving differences as well as nurturing future talents. With the realization that everyone has their own potential and capability, GRADUAN Paper Plane Award aims to encourage all to seek common ground while reserve different ideas or perceptions among one another as well as striving hard for excellence. The undergraduates ought to unleash their own potentials while upholding the spirit of GRADUAN Paper Plane Award for themselves to achieve glory on this platform.
（三）自我反思和提升动力。任何欲茁壮成长的组织，首先必须要懂得自我反思。我们相信“方法总比困难多”，而纸飞机奖正是要提倡团队不停地自我省思，在遇到问题和困难时，团队能主动地去思考解决方案，省思和调整组织方向和团队文化，以最大限度地发挥团队的能力。
( 3 ) Reflective thinking and motivation for enhancement. The prerequisite for any organization which would like to grow and prosper is reflective thinking. We believe firmly that solutions are always more than difficulties. While GRADUAN Paper Plane Award is advocating reflective thinking within the entire team, one shall be reminded to take the initiative to figure out plausible solutions to tackle challenges and problems encountered. There will be times where having self-reflection on your direction as well as working culture of your crew comes in handy in order to maximise the competency of a team.
（四）自我提升和良性竞争。纸飞机奖扮演着聚合人才的重要角色。我们提倡大专团体与学生之间建设性的交流和良性的竞争，让大专生在过程中，不断地自我增强和提升，以发挥所有人最优秀的潜能。
( 4 ) Self-enhancement and positive competition. GRADUAN Paper Plane Award plays a crucial role to gather all the talents together. We advocate constructive interaction and positive competition amongst all the societies and undergraduates in order to allow the undergraduates to keep enhancing and improving themselves throughout the learning process for them to unleash their most excellent potential.
